Yoga has become one of the most popular and most effective fitness fads in the world. There are plenty of benefits to yoga. Scientific studies have found it to be effective in increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. There's also some evidence it can decrease blood pressure, heart disease, and pain, as well as having a positive impact on people suffering from depression and stress.

To mark the occasion of #NationalYogaDay, we created a list of local yoga classes that you should attend.
