What makes you rare?
What makes me rare is my resilience, diverse experiences, and commitment to authenticity in the entertainment industry. Growing up in Newark, New Jersey, where opportunities were limited, I developed a strong drive to overcome challenges and create a brighter future for myself. My education at Clark Atlanta University gave me a strong foundation, but it’s my hands-on experience with both established and emerging artists that truly sets me apart. I have a passion for connecting with talent and crafting compelling narratives, and I am dedicated to promoting diversity and representation. This combination of personal and professional qualities helps me advocate for artists in a genuine and effective way, making me a valuable asset in the ever-evolving world of entertainment.
What do you love most about womanhood?
What I love most about womanhood is the camaraderie and strength we share. I appreciate the unique bond that women have, where we empower and uplift one another. Being part of a sisterhood that supports each other’s dreams and advocates for equality and representation in all spaces is something I deeply value. For me, womanhood represents a collective that inspires growth, resilience, and connection
What are 3 go-to songs that make you feel like #ThatGirl?
Doechii x SZA - Persuasive
Eve - Who’s That Girl
What's your proudest PR moment?
My proudest moment in PR was working on an album campaign for Rapsody, which ultimately led to her winning a Grammy in 2025. Being part of a team that shaped the narrative around her music and message was incredibly inspiring. The campaign’s success, evident through positive media coverage and fan engagement, strengthened my passion for public relations and deepened my commitment to supporting talented artists.
Who are some women that have inspired you, and why?
Jasmine (my mom)
My mom was a teenage mother who worked hard to make sure I succeeded. Her encouragement to strive for better has always motivated me, and as I grow older, I see her as a true inspiration. I hope to be that same support for my own children.
Tresa Sanders (my mentor)
She has taught me everything I know about the world of public relations. Recognized as one of XXL’s Hip-Hop Heavyweights, she sets a standard I aspire to reach in my own PR career.
Taraji P. Henson
She is another powerful inspiration. When she was 26, she moved to Los Angeles with only $700 and a baby to follow her acting dreams. Her journey to becoming a successful actress in Hollywood reminds me that you should always pursue your dreams, no matter the challenges.
