Looks like the universe has finally answered our prayers y’all! Not only is 2020 symbolic for being the 1st year of the 2020s, but it is also the year that Grammy-award winning female group, Destiny’s Child is reportedly going on tour.
A music insider reportedly told The Sun, Beyoncé is eager about joining the girls in the studio and thinks that 2020 is the best time to reunite since it marks two decades as one of the world’s most influential female groups of all time.
We have the Spice Girls to thank for this underrated blessing in disguise! The insider also reports that seeing the Spice Girls’ success from touring inspired Beyoncé to want to duplicate something on a larger and grander scale.
Last month, Destiny’s Child celebrated the 20-year anniversary of their sophomore album, The Writings on The Wall, which features smash hit singles “Bills, Bills, Bills,” “Say My Name” and “Jumpin’ Jumpin’.” To commemorate the anniversary, Sony Music Certified Classics released, “Destiny’s Child 2019 Dating Commandments,” an interactive dating app placing a modern twist on 14 dating commandments from the album. The game is reminiscent of Tinder, as you must swipe left and right to see if your choices coincide with Destiny’s Child’s newly improved relationship rules. After you receive your score and your modified dating tips, you can then share to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

In 2005, the group broke the hearts of many around the nation when they decided to split just after releasing their fourth and final studio album, Destiny Fulfilled. They disbanded collectively for each of the three to work on their solo careers.
